AMAZING ATHLETICS DAY!
Hi Charlotte here, this is a post about Athletics day! It was really fun and i hope you like my writing.
Athletics day!
The great ( 3rd November) yesterday we had… ATHLETICS DAY! For years 3-6s At Lovelock Track. That is where we held the big day!
We had to walk all the way there… then we had a briefing then we went off. We did our races and I went in two races, in the 200m race I came third. Then I had to run again.
My favourite activity was high jump. I got a bit annoyed because I always get it right on my third jump and they decide 1st, 2nd, and third on the second jump! I bet my mum I would get in on my 3rd jump, I did. I was bugged but it was still really fun!
In long jump I was pretty bad, same with discus and shotput.
In the relays in our class (Room25), we came second to last but It was a fun day and no one cared about our place.
