3 mini meals! (Choice board Part 1)

Any way back to my choice board activity! My first one is a dinner party!

So I have done the "diner party" 3 course meal to do here is a slide of the food.......

    Thanks for sharing, Charlotte. Going by the pictures, the enchiladas look and sound amazing, I like the sprinkle of cilantro as well, yum. What recipe did you use for these?

      I didn't really use a recipe for the enchiladas,
      but I did get some ideas from other websites though.
      A secret ingredient I got from a website is re fried beans and normal black beans!
